Regulations for the import of dietary supplements may vary from country to country. Although the orders are shipping from within the EU, there may still be restrictions for certain products being shipped to certain locations. It is your responsibility to know the customs rules and regulations for your country before ordering. In some cases there may be restrictions on ingredients and/or quantities being shipped. If a package is rejected and returned to us by customs, you are responsible for any associated shipping fees. If any items are seized and/or destroyed, we will be unable to credit you for those items.
Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused, or seized/destroyed orders:
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to Poliquin™ Natural Solutions due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 10% restocking fee*, upon receipt of the returned package.
Violation of laws: If a package is returned to Poliquin™ Natural Solutions due to violation of a country's laws or import regulations, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing, and return shipping fees) billed to Poliquin™ Natural Solutions. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, upon receipt of the returned package.
Customer refusal: If a customer refuses a package because of fees or for any other reason, Poliquin™ Natural Solutions will issue a refund for merchandise only, upon receipt of the returned package, minus a 10% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping and customs fees incurred.
Customs seizure: If a package has been halted and/or seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order (which includes the shipping cost). If and when Poliquin™ Natural Solutions receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee*.
For any returned package: For any order that is returned to Poliquin™ Natural Solutions, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, Poliquin™ Natural Solutions will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost. Customer will still be responsible for customs fees, duty and taxes, if applicable.
Destroyed or un-returned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Poliquin™ Natural Solutions, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
You may incur duty, tax, and/or customs charges upon delivery of your shipment. These fees are not determined or charged by Poliquin Natural Solutions and are your responsibility. The charges vary by country and value of shipment.
We can accept returned items only if the following requirements are met:
1. Items must be unopened (seal in tact) 2. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase 3. A product return form must be submitted with returned package. You can obtain this form by emailing email@example.com
If you believe there was an error made with the shipping, packing, or invoicing of your order, you must request an order claim form and complete and send to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of ordering to be accepted for review.
